I served as the Instructional Designer for the Psychologically Informed Practitioner (PiP) program, transforming content from subject matter experts (psychologists) into engaging, evidence-based eLearning. The full program consists of 8 modules that equip teachers with practical psychological strategies for supporting student behavior.
