About the Project

This project began through a connection on Upwork with a UK-based psychologist who wanted to develop an accreditation program for U.S. teachers. Drawing on my background as a former teacher turned Instructional Designer, I collaborated with her to translate expert psychological content into accessible, engaging training for educators.

The psychologist provided the core content for each module, and I designed the full course experience—structuring the modules, creating interactive eLearning in Articulate Storyline, and adding reflection prompts, toolkits, and visual elements to support real classroom application.

This partnership combined her subject matter expertise with my instructional design skills to create a comprehensive, evidence-based professional learning program tailored for U.S. classrooms.
